New York’s most quietly magnetic hospitality export is coming to Singapore. NoMad Hilton will open its doors in late 2026, marking the brand’s long-awaited debut in Asia Pacific, and it’s arriving with the kind of confidence that suggests it knows exactly what it’s doing.
The 19-storey property won’t just be a place to sleep between nights on the town. It’s shaping up to be a genuine destination in its own right, anchored by three distinct dining and bar concepts plus a poolside lounge, each engineered to deliver the kind of immersive, atmosphere-first experience NoMad has built its reputation on. Think fewer beige lobbies, more rooms you’ll want to be photographed in.
Classic Steaks, Classic Cocktails
The property’s flagship restaurant, the Nomad Grill, leans hard into classic brasserie territory, channelling the grand chophouses of New York with a Singapore twist. Expect dry-aged meats sourced from around the world, cooked over wood fire, alongside seafood so fresh it barely needs the accolades, and tableside theatre that nods to old-school Manhattan dining rooms without feeling like a costume party.
Then there was the one that even we didn’t see coming. By day, Sticky Fingers, overlooking Orchard Road, serves house-made gourmet soft-serve sundaes with a wink of adult decadence. Come nightfall, the same space flips into an intimate cocktail bar, pairing desserts and drinks in combinations that sound improbable on paper and, going by NoMad’s track record elsewhere, will almost certainly work.
Old Singapore and Poolside Chic
For pure theatre, The Tropicana Club is the one to watch. Inspired by the golden age of cabaret, it draws a direct line between Havana’s storied 1939 Tropicana Club and Singapore’s own long-forgotten 1953 namesake, reviving a slice of the city’s cabaret history that most guidebooks skip entirely. Prepare yourself for craft cocktails, exotic glamour, and a soundtrack that promises to make midweek feel like a Saturday.
Rounding things out is Lú Bar, a quieter, greener escape by the pool built for aperitivo hour.
